You will contribute to historic investment in The Bronx, and we will compensate you accordingly. You can withdraw your funds anytime after a financing round.

We deduct a one-time management fee which varies based on prior arrangements (typically 5-10%). After joining, you will complete a short survey so we can learn more about your goals. Your deposit will either be invested into our General Fund immediately or set aside until our next financing round (think of an escrow account).

Once invested, we let your money work for you through a mix of capital appreciation and reliable dividends. We are so confident in our strategies and reputation that we avoid taking payments if we happen to miss a profit one year. That being said, only invest what you can afford to lose.

Our service remains competitive. Hedge funds traditionally charge at least 20% of profits plus 2% of the entire amount invested. These high fees compel risky strategies that lose money more often than not. For less than half the price, you can get top-notch service with great returns while making an impact. How does that sound?
